Configuration Cargo Equipment Handling Code Equipment Handling Code view Actions Insert Before Equipment Handling Code form

You can use the Equipment Handling Code form (Insert Before) to insert a new record before the selected record in the Equipment Handling Code view.

To insert a new record:

1. From the Equipment Handling Code view select a record after which you want to insert the new record.

2. Select Actions menu Insert Before..

3. In the Equipment Handling Code form, enter the handling code.

4. If required, enter the product type, commodity, code description, product, and packaging.

5. Select the Bulk check box if it is a bulk cargo. .

6. If required, configure the filter criteria.

7. Click Save.

A new record is inserted in the Equipment Handling Code view after the selected record.

Whenever you insert an equipment handling code before the current record and if the decimal number in the sequence number exceeds three digits, N4 updates the equipment handling code and assigns a rounded value.
